I was told by a couple doctors to not expect much from my rotator cuff surgery repair, it was too far gone and too much damage. Dr Vasiu told me he'd do the best he could but it was pretty bad. I'm 16 weeks post op and everything is going very well. Back to most normal activities and in a few more weeks will be back to my regular workouts. I never would have thought it possible. 3 weeks post op on my knee meniscus repair, clean up from old surgery done 23 years ago ( with someone else) . Arthroscopic. I was hesitant but done research enough and felt this was a better option than having major surgery. Dr V so far has been fantastic! I've been very impressed! Not much pain I was surprised, healing up quicker than I thought. He is very thorough explains every thing! Smart man. Quick and to the point. So far so good. I see him again in few weeks he suggested possible ACL repair. If that's the case Dr V will be my guy ! Oh and the his office called my insurance to get ball rolling for my surgery to be approved.
